Box breathing is a simple yet powerful technique used by athletes, Navy SEALs, and mindfulness practitioners to stay calm under pressure. It’s a fantastic way to reset your mind and body.



Here’s how you can do it:

  1.  Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.

  2.  Hold your breath for a count of 4.

 3. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4.

 4. Pause and hold for a count of 4 before starting again.

Repeat the cycle 5-10 times. This rhythmic breathing can help reduce stress, improve focus, and bring a sense of calm to your day.
